FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My board and train program pricing is based on length of stay, from one to four weeks. I have several in-home and at our facility training packages.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
My process with working with new clients and their dogs starts with a free assessment at our training facility to determine the best training program. From there, we decide if single lessons or a board and train program is best for your pup.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I attended the C.A.T.C.H Academy for dog training; a New Jersey licensed 10 phase course in dog behavior and training. The course included hands-on instruction, behavior fieldwork, and a mentor trainer. I am also a graduate of Dog Biz Dog Walking Academy.
