I called Cables First for an emergency service to complete a new home office ethernet and coax cable installation when the electrician did not know how. My town inspection was scheduled for two day later and I needed the installation to be ready for a certificate of occupancy. Cables First came over the next day and completed the installation, checked that everything was working and was careful and neat. Thank you.

Chris and his team did the excellent job to install wire jack in every bedroom in my house. The work is very neat and all the wire are very organized. His technician clean everything after installation and wear all the time. I am very satisfied their service. Total price was very reasonable with this complex project. I will ask his service again if there is 1T Ethernet wire in the future.

Chis was prompt in responding to my request on thumbtack. I was able to show him my requirements on video chat which was helpful for both of us. He was upfront in his cost estimates and we were able to come to an agreement on costs that included labor and material (the project was to install one Ethernet wired outlet in the basement with the router in a different area in the basement). Chris confirmed that his crew will wear booties - which was one of my key requests. Chris informed me on the ETA and landed up very much on time and his 2 man crew worked efficiently. There was one minor mishap which was that the team hit a pillar in the first cut for the 1-gang outlet box and had to cut up another hole. They were honest with me and I told them to make another hole. Chris gave me a blank outlet cover and I plan to screw that in myself. The crew asked me for a garbage bag and cleaned up the debris fully. Overall great job at a reasonable price.

Listening to all their needs. Then giving them a solution to win and be happy.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
We have extreme experience in cabling and nothing surprises us. We also have an engineer on board that handles all of our networking stuff especially the Wi-Fi.
