Work with them at your own risk!. We booked them to build an outdoor catio. Estimate was free and discussions about limitations and options were made and understood promptly. An invoice was sent via email. We paid in FULL advance to them. The agreed date to start work and complete work was August 14th 2024. This was communicated and agreed upon via email and text message by both parties. First appointment August 14 2024- 830am promised to arrive Arrived- 9.53am Reason- traffic Borrowed a shovel from us. Finished for the day- 7pm Job not completed as agreed. Second appointment August 15 2024 -11am promised to arrive Had to text them to find out if they were coming 12pm- claimed to be looking for materials Asked again if job could be completed today and they said yes 1.06pm- still at home depot 3.24pm- claimed to have got the materials but will not be turning up for the day Job still not completed Third appointment August 16th 2024- 8am promised to arrive Arrived 9.33am Lunch 2.01pm- 8.17pm 8.17pm- started work in the dark and requested to borrow a light from us 10pm- stopped work as requested by the landlord due to safety and noise consideration. There was no prior plan or discussion to work after hours in the dark nor was there any preparation on their part. Job still not completed August 17th- NO SHOW August 18th- NO SHOW August 19th- NO SHOW and remains contactable Job still not completed We decided to lodge a payment dispute with our bank. They have been 1. difficult to contact 2. Slow to respond 3. Provided no clear timeline 4. Empty promises 5. Late for every appointment 6. Not prepared with equipment 7. Provided no drafts or measurements for us 8. Waiting for us to contact them to proceed with next steps everyday. BUYER BEWARE!
