- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We price out the project. If hired. We send you a proof for screen print or a sew out (through email) for embroidery. Once approved we run the job. Then we send you an online invoice through paypal. Once the invoice is paid we ship UPS and send you your tracking numer.
