- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our service call fee is free with any repair provided. However, if you decline the repair, you will be charged $99 inspection fee. 😊 We provide all type of discounts such us for senior citizens, loyalty, reference and for those who has a low budget.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
1. Initial contact: Customer fills out a form on thumbtack to request service. 2. We schedule an appointment for diagnostic test to assess what is the problem and specifically which parts required. 3. Estimate: Based on the assessment, we provide an estimate for the cost of repairs. 4. Repair: If the customer agrees to the estimate, we schedule a time to come and make the necessary repairs. 5. Payment: Once the repairs are completed, the customer pay for the services rendered. 6. Follow-up: We follow up with the customer to ensure that the appliance is functioning properly and to address any further concerns. 7. Warranty: We also offer 6 months warranty on our repairs to ensure that the customer is satisfied with the work and to provide peace of mind in case any issues arise in the future.
