Expert Divorce Mediation Tailored to Your Needs I bring nationally certified expertise to guide you through the intricate process of divorce mediation. My hourly rate for mediation stands at $200 per hour, ensuring you receive professional assistance tailored to your unique situation. Typically, the process spans 1 to 3 sessions, each lasting 60 to 90 minutes. Transparent Pricing for Peace of Mind Upon reaching a comprehensive agreement, I meticulously prepare your Mediation Settlement Agreement (MSA). This essential document serves as the foundation for your uncontested divorce proceedings and is the basis for your divorce filing. The MSA is offered at a fixed fee of $500. Additionally, if you require a distinct parenting plan document, I provide expert creation and publication services at a flat fee of $500. If you require both documents there is a 10% document fee discount I apply to each. Your Seamless Path to Resolution With my guidance, you can expect a seamless journey toward resolution. With a rich background spanning back to 2007, I have extensive experience in civil and employment mediation. Since 2021, I have seamlessly integrated divorce mediation, catering to diverse needs, including domestic partnerships.
