- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Pricing is generally by hour of services needed. Discounts are provided for continuous service. Cancellation fees: 50% of cleaning estimate if services booked then cancelled on day of service. $60 cancellation fee if service booked then cancelled within 48 hours of service.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
A quick Q & A to see exactly what the customer is looking for. We provide an estimate and if the customer is happy with our pricing we will schedule for the work to be completed.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
All of our staff has decades of experience in janitorial work, home cleaning, maid services, or in the trade fields.
