Ricardo is an amazing carpet cleaner. He responded promptly, was on time for the job, and exceeded my expectations. I was hesitant about asking him about my dining chairs where the material is microfiber and there were dark stains that would just not come out. I asked if he would be able to clean all eight of them and they look like new now. He also did three of my area rugs. I am very happy with Ricardo’s work and look forward to hiring him again as needed. Plus, his rate is really good. Thank you Ricardo!

Ricardo did a great job taking out stains from our carpet. Only asked him to clean one room, but we were so impressed and satisfied with his work, we asked him to clean all 4 bedrooms. He was flexible, on time and very easy to work with. He also cleaned up after he left. Very nice work, professional and good person. Highly recommend him!!

We just had the best experience with Ricardo Santos. I found positive reviews of his carpet cleaning on Nextdoor Monmouth Beach/Thumbtack, especially reviews of how well he did removing stains from carpet. Well he did not disappoint! It was easy to make an appointment with him, he was punctual, and he did a beautiful job cleaning and removing stains from our bedroom carpet that the last carpet cleaner who came 2 years ago couldn't remove. His price was also very fair. I highly recommend him!!

This service was fabulous. What a nice father son duo. They cleaned the carpets so well and there were stains that I thought were permanent but they got them out. Very pleased highly recommend !! Will use them again!!

What a pleasure to have Ricardo Santos and his assistant shampoo the carpets in the bedroom and two sets of stairs! I have had another carpet cleaner in the past. The quality was not there after he left. Sure enough, today's experience was totally different! Not only was Ricardo a meticulous and hard worker, but with persistence, he was able to clean the trouble spots left behind by the previous carpet company. Thank you, NRS Cleaning Service!!
