- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Here at Allied Roofing we offer a wide range of services for an affordable price! We have fantastic promotional deals where our clients can save a significant amount on their project. We also offer a 12 months no interest payment plan as well.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The process for working with a new customer starts with our client service manager booking their appointment with one of our amazing specialists. The appointments generally take about an hour. We will discuss your project needs and what's important to you, inspect the roof , attic, review inspection results , products, and prices. If the customer is satisfied and ready to move forward , the specialists will take your order and get you on the schedule. The specialists then will send a proposal/ quote for the client to approve. Our production manager will reach out to the customer within 24-48 hours. We do a pre- installation walkthrough We figure out the logistics in planning out where our materials will go , dumpsters, and wood. The production manager double checks the material and our roofers start the job. A job takes at most two weeks to complete if that it just depends on the complexity of the project. During the project our production manager supervises the men and women working and makes sure everything is running smoothly. Once it's completed we make sure to clean up the job site and touch base with the client one last time. While we're there we make sure to take before and after pictures for our social media and pass out some business cards to the neighbors.

We are a Better Business Bureau accredited business that is GAF certified , Versico certified , Roofing insights certified and Home Advisor Approved. In 2022 we achieved the Atlas Gold Level and in 2019 we were awarded Angies List super service award . We are fully licensed and insured as well!
