Arti from All Hands Construction provided a quote and we signed the contract. After they removed my old fence he said they cannot continue because they have no materials for the new fence, and wanted to sell me a different type of fence than originally agreed. Not sure why they started the project without securing materials first, but I assume they just wanted me hooked with the initial down payment. After I was able to find the proper materials for them (not sure again why he was not able to do that himself), he asked $3,000 more which was not what I expected. Due to time constraints I had to agree to the higher amount (now that my old fence was gone and piled in a heap in the middle of my backyard), and they started the work which went on pretty steady, but they made a huge mess by destroying the landscape and damaging lights and electrical circuits in the process. The final product (fence) looks OK, it's mostly straight but seems a bit unstable as some of the posts are wobbly. In the end I was not happy that I have chosen All Hands Construction. The project cost was way higher that quoted and the work took 2 or 3 times longer than expected.

Hello Andrei My name is Arti the guy who did the job I asked you before I did all the movement We spoke about the difference material on the fence in the contract and you want it red cedar wood fence, which was it a double price we spoke we decided together. I never rushed you for something. When I didn’t find the fence, I told you I can take all the garbage I remove and I’m not supposed to charge you any penny till the moment and you send me I find the fence down south and I go with you we saw the fence to pay the difference on the material I drive it three times down there it was 2 hours from your house And I start working in the project if you have any complaint about the job like the fences no straight the fence is moving. I’m happy to help you and I already gave you the warranty, but I don’t think so. Is any problem with the fence everything there came perfect and beautiful. again, if you have any problem with the fence, I’m happy to help you. Thank you so much
