Andi was very communicative and explained the entire process to me before he started the work. I had tried to fix this by myself, but there was only that much I could do and not solve the problem. Realized the problem was in the connection which was behind the dry wall. He came and got it done in less than an hour. Will definitely be using him for any other plumbing issues.
