Very professional and courteous staff. Technicians Alfonso R and Efrain helped us with the entire process and explained everything in details. They both were were professional and knew their work very well. Id highly recommend this branch to everything whos been through any water damage in their house.

Puroclean came to my house to do an assessment on a leak I had... i had a plumber come on my own and he couldn't determine where the leak was coming from...So when they showed up the tech Victor Rivera was very professional and asured me he will do his best to determine where this leak is coming from And he did .He made a report of there findings and submitted it to my insurance company...Fast Forward My insurance company denied the Claim I received a call from a manager named Anthony from puroclean I explained my situation to him about my denial from the insurance company He told me To not get upset cause things like this do happen and give him some time to try to get this situation fixed I said ok to tell you the truth I didn't believe him..And The next day my insurance company called me and my claim was approved I couldn't believe it. Don't know what he did but I'm very grateful for him cause I didn't have the money to fix it myself this company is unbelievable they are there to help you without them I wouldn't have a new kitchen I recommend them to everyone

The Puro Clean crew is excellent, and I could not recommend them enough. Within 24 hours of calling, they were here and inside assessing the damage, documenting everything, and taking measurements throughout our home that sustained water/moisture damage. Alfonso and crew showed up and got the work done for demo and remediation in one day, and we were thoroughly impressed with their level of service and detail. If you have sustained water damage in your home, these are the people you want on your side. Highly recommend!

Very professional office staff and easy to work with! Gil was especially patient with answering all of my questions and he is very knowledgeable. The supervisor of the crew, Jason, that came to do the work was also great to work with. Highly recommended!
