FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We follow a very consistent process, which helps us stay on-time and on-budget with our projects: 1. Consultation: We discuss your needs, preferences, and budget to ensure we’re aligned and ready to start your project. 2. Concept Design: We create preliminary layouts and design concepts that reflect your style and functional needs. 3. Present and Revise (if needed): We present the initial concepts and refine them based on your feedback to ensure they match your vision. 4. Detailed Documentation: We create detailed drawings and specifications to guide the construction process with precision. 5. Procurement/Install: We guide you through the procurement process or do it on your behalf. We also select contractors and oversee construction, ensuring the project is executed according to plan.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I graduated with a Masters of Science in Interior Architecture & Design from Drexel University. I'm NCIDQ Certified and a member of ASID.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
I developed my sense of color and room layout at a very young age. It can be traced back to a love of creating dioramas in elementary school – classmates would wait to see what I came up with. When I was a bit older and strong enough to move my own furniture, my parents would often come home to find her bedroom rearranged. I has always had a passion for artfully combining color, materials and textures.
