I had the above ground pool installed and I needed a frame for a deck to be installed around the pool. I called Max Renovators and I couldn’t be happier with the result. They framed a deck around my pool and installed a deck with a gate. They made it so beautiful and I get to enjoy it every day.

My family was looking for a place to spend time outside and entertain guests. When we met Nick he showed us some of his work. We immediately liked the idea of having a side porch with an overhang. Nick gave us a good price and took care of all necessary permits and approvals. We are very happy with the way it came out! I would definitely recommend Nick and would use him for my future projects!

Overall, it was a good experience working with Nick and his crew. Nick is very knowledgeable and helped us alleviate some of our concerns about structural items we had when they built our deck with roof. I would hire Nick again, good value and great quality craftmanship. Great team!

Nick and his team have met all our expectations. Nick is very knowledgable and responsive, and his staff did an excellent job. He really cares about customer satisfaction and has kept his word throughout the project. I definitely recommend Maxrenovators, fair price and great results.

I had the most unfortunate luck of dealing with this contractor. He and his crew are absolute horrendous workers. It took them 2 months to do 200 sqft deck. Working 3 hours a day - 1 worker at a time. They need to retire or take up other profession since the craftsmanship is on par with the weekend DIYer. The inspector even cracked jokes and pointed out the poor craftsmanship. Nick left the job once I paid him 99% in good faith. Then, he tries to extract more money from me with his relentless lies and just corny talk. I would stay FAR, FAR away from this contractor. His license should be revoked. update 1: The guy's reply is well fabricated story and shows his dubious character. The surveillance camera recordings will backup my claim Nick.

Again, the fact is that you had only obtained the permit for deck construction, no permit was issued for door installation. No reason to get angry by leaving me a bad review and undermining my crew who have 10-20 years of experience in this craft. We started this deck on March 8, this is when we had our first inspection, and completed it on April 11, final inspection for your deck, permits closed. As I have said in our ongoing communication, once you obtain permits for the door installation, as you did for your deck because you wanted to save money, I would be happy to come back and install the door for you. I am still owed the final payment, which you also refused to make...

Our prices are compatible, in line with the quality of the work we do. However, we always ready to meet your budget. Sometimes price might seem too high, it could due to incomplete information, we are always open to discuss how best to meet your budget. We always open to to work with you on achieving your remodeling goal.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like meeting with a client in person, understanding their ideas, budget and working with them towards accomplishing their goal. I am always straight forward and if expectations exceed budget abilities, I will discuss it with a client and will propose possible solutions. For me it is not about getting the most money out of a project, it is about getting maximum satisfaction with available resources.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have financial background, but always was involved in construction, I love what I do! I enjoy building and seeing complete results of my work. It gives me sense of pride and fulfillment!
