I hired Steve through Thumbtack to install a pool cover, but the experience has been incredibly disappointing. He incorrectly positioned the cover, leaving a large and dangerous gap between the pool and spa. Instead of addressing the problem properly, he just threw a tarp over it, which is hardly a safe or professional solution. When I asked him to come back and fix it, he said the issue was due to missing hooks. I reordered exactly what he requested, but once the pieces arrived, Steve completely ghosted me. He has ignored my calls and messages, leaving me with an unsafe and incomplete pool cover. His work was sloppy, and his lack of follow-through has been frustrating. I would not recommend Steve to anyone looking for reliable pool cover installation.

Had called for pool closing last year. Did not blow the pipes properly and also caused dents on the pool railings. This year my pipes are cracked as he did not do the job right. Will not recommend him. See pictures attached
