- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I offer premium pricing based on premium services but I am willing to give discounts for new customers.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I prefer speaking with potential clients over texting. I believe texting is ok but there is nothing like the human experience to aid in feeling confident, comfortable and secure with who you are spending your money with. After speaking and receiving the details of your event, we will follow up with a professional quote based of our conversation. We require a 50 percent deposit to secure any date. The balance is due on the day of the event on arrival.
