- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is simple. We charge per job type not per hour and estimate always include (unless otherwise stated) taxes, debris removal/haul, and delivery.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When a customer contacts us, we set them up with an onsite, free of charge, service/installation estimate. What happens from there is up to the customer. If the customer agrees to the price we either complete the service same day (if parts are on the truck, which most often they are) or we set up an appointment to go back. For new garage door installations, deposit is taken, door is ordered, and remaining balance is due when job is complete. For new motor installations and all other parts serviced job, customer pays only upon completion.
