- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We will quote you a price if we can based on your description in the request. Else, once you contact us, one of our team members will call you to ask a few questions to find the package that fits your situation and give you a quote at the same time. If you agree, we proceed to setup an appointment. We offer in-person, drop-off and remote tax preparation. Whatever your individual circumstances may be, we will guide you through the process from start to end.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our firm has experienced Tax preparers and licensed CPAs on staff. We work under a national reputed brand and guarantee our work for accuracy and maximum refund. We use IRS e-File that gives you Rapid Refunds.
