William of Flora & Fauna was EXCELLENT. From our first contact on he was professional and listened to what I was hoping to achieve for a home dinner party for 12. I had never hired a personal chef so William helped guide me toward choices and was flexible with any shifts that needed to happen. When he said he will be arriving at a certain time he was spot on. Love williams friendly, easy going and professionalism and his cooking was delicious!!! Having William do all the cooking serving cleanup made me fully enjoy this special party in my home. This meal was by far the best I have ever had in my entire life. The attention to detail in each dish, the perfectly toasted ciabatta, and the incredible combination of cheeses were absolutely mind-blowing.
