- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Not all events fit one type of pricing. For example, the type of service (full-service, delivery or delivery with setup) is taken into account. We look at the style of your meal (buffet, cocktail, family-style or plated) and your offerings (cocktail hour, meal and dessert). For clients that book in advance, we offer a discount. In addition, we offer a price break to return clients. *Keep in mind that we are all feeling the impact of our economy!! Year over year, pricing has increased but we will always remain committed to being reasonable & fair!!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
After a brief phone call, we provide our new clients with a sample menu & proposal (estimate) for their event. There are no hidden fees, and all options & costs will be explained to you by one of our sales associates. Scheduling a call with allow us to learn about your event & dream menu while you get to hear a little about what we can offer you.
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Do your research!! Look at online reviews & photos - the more recent the better!!
