Great company to do business with !! A bit pricy , but dedicated to giving you guaranteed results . I had a situation where I hired them for handicapped customer in the neighborhood. It did snow that day all day. My appointment was for noon - they didn’t show up until 9:30 pm . Nine hours late - but upon hearing my situation , guarantee that no matter what time it was, they would guarantee that the job would be completed 100%. And they came through with flying colors. !! I will use them for myself, and for my neighbor going forward. And I will refer them to the other people and the Brother as well.. thank you Piece by Piece !!

From initial contact to completion of the furniture move, they were very responsive, professional, and pleasant. They moved 2 pieces of furniture from my home to a friend's apartment and took care with it, helping me tape up the drawers when they noticed the drawers couldn't be removed, then packing it on their truck with blankets and bungee cords. My friend said the delivery was just as efficient (he's on the 3rd floor). Final payment for their mileage was very transparent. I would definitely use them again for moving or heavy lifting, and recommend them to anyone!
