Initial call to identify the overall needs to be catered. Then provide menu options or format suggestions and/or create a menu based on the conversation we had.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Chef Brian Held is a Culinary Institute of America distinguished graduate. Over 25 years of experience in fine dining and catering. Owner and executive chef of over five restaurants during those years. Loves to cook a variety of menu items with a specialty in Italian, French and regional American cuisine.
