My coaching is a personalized experience, and the investment reflects that. I offer both one-on-one coaching and group sessions, and we can discuss the best option based on your needs. I also believe in value, so once we’ve had our discovery call and we’ve figured out the right path for you, we can talk pricing that works for you. Rest assured, I’m happy to be flexible and ensure you’re comfortable with your investment in your health!
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
First, we’ll start with a free discovery call where we’ll chat about your goals and challenges. From there, I’ll create a personalized coaching plan tailored to your specific needs. Throughout the program, we’ll have regular check-ins to make sure you’re feeling empowered and supported every step of the way!
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’m certified by the Primal Health Coach Institute and have years of personal experience managing health challenges, particularly during pregnancy. My knowledge isn’t just from books—I've lived it too, and I understand what it’s like to want to feel your best again.
