What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process includes consulting with the customer. We will ask general questions regarding the project and make sure we can provide exactly what you hope for. Then a quote is provided, before setting dates and discussing specifications of the project.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
