- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We take pricing very seriously in order to provide our customers with a very fair price on cleaning. Estimates for office and retail cleaning our specialty consists of going on site with the customer taking notes and pictures. We then go back to our office where an estimate and a detailed cleaning estimate pack is put together and mailed out by email to our customers within 24 hours of meeting and discussing the customers cleaning and maintenance needs. We pride ourselves on having the best prices and package for any job.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Our process for working with new customers is simple when we contact new customers on Thumbtack they are encouraged to make an appointment to discuss all the cleaning and maintenance needs. When we come out we collect data and information to make an accurate estimate and offer a free on time cleaning to show our customers how we perform. All free cleanings are free with the signing of a contract. If all goes well with the estimate and the free cleaning if the customer choses it then a contract is signed a schedule is made up and the cleaning begins on a regularly scheduled program.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Our owner of the company Kevin (myself) has trained and worked in almost every area of the commercial cleaning field and has picked up a lot of experience. Working in a church, grammar school, high school, university, hospital, grocery store, dinners, doctors office, and many more places. This experience has furthered my knowledge and experience in cleaning making us the right choice for your cleaning and maintenance needs. Our cleaning is a talking point or topic because everyone is saying what and incredible job we are doing for their companies.
