I came across Graphic Innovation while in search of a company who restores photos. I can say I am happy I chose them to do business with, very prompt, very professional and the quality of the work is magnificent!!! I worked with Joel and I love the fact that I was always able to get in contact with him and made sure to respond right away, which I certainly appreciated being as though I needed my photo back ASAP. I was very please with the end result, I would certainly use them again, as well as recommend in the near future. JOB WELL DONE!!!

If you are looking for a trustworthy, professional, and extremely competent place to have photos restored, Graphic Innovations is highly recommended. I had water damaged photos,they were restored with enhanced color. Reasonable price for irreplaceable photos (my class graduation, and other family photos) I would highly recommend,Joel and Cheryl. Pat F.

Cheryl and Joel put together a last minute product shoot for our technology company. We required them to take multiple photos in short period of time. They responded within hours and produced excellent results. However, I appreciate their customer service the most. Joel not only picked up our product for the shoot, but also returned it in mint condition within hours. I highly recommend working with them.

I worked with Joel on a photo for my LinkedIn profile. He was incredibly helpful. I have trouble in front of a camera, and he worked patiently with me to get a great shot. He is good at lighting and touching up with Photoshop. What I really liked was the intangible way he prompted me to express what I really wanted in a professional headshot - not a smiley vacation photo, but a sharp, confident, determined pro. He made me look handsome too!

Each project solution is customized to fit the customer's needs, and for that reason we are happy to estimate each one individually.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
In order to provide the best customer outcome, first we must gather project details, objectives, and budget guidelines. A comprehensive estimate and proposal will be created to match the customer's needs.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
Both business owners graduated from accredited design and printing institutions, Rochester Institute of Technology and School of Visual Arts in NYC. Aside from formal training, we have been in business for 30+ years.
