While having my gutters replaced we discovered the roof had missing shingles. I posted the photos on thumbtack with a brief description and with in minutes I was contacted by Patrick from JR Masonry Solutions. He came out inspected the roof himself and gave a fair and true assessment. His workers were respectful, professional and on site 15 minutes early every day while the project was being done. Patrick is a stand up individual and didn't try to cut corners with the repair . This company will definitely get my business again as I have future projects to complete.

Payer beware, Poor business ethics. Not informed before I signed the agreement that Patrick does not finance projects under $25,000. Not written anywhere, now i had to scramble to get the money together always a bank check or cash. What Respectable Company does that. Patrick was more concern in getting his money in 3 payments in cash to go to the next job. I picked this company because the reviews were so GOOD but no one mentioned Not being able to finance project. Which leads me to believe it was treated this way (1) women (2) Sr.Citizen (3) single women. To be so demanding, not cleaning up after the project Iwas finished, sent the guy 12/4/24 @ 6:30am to remove debris once again who does that. I actually had to call SPPD to get them off my property that early in the morning. As far as his work I believe the job was done correctly, I was informed of what was being done as it was being done. I can only hope the job is as good as everyone says, only the rain n snow well tell. These are pictures of the debris that was left after the job was done and before he got paid. BTW 1 bag was hidden behind my neighbors bush and the other was put in my town garbage can. Which my brother had to come over to the house because I was so upset with the Harassment.

They gave an estimate and asked way more than the estimate when they arrived. We said we do not want the job since they change their words and asked the cancellation fee. Do not trust them
