Luiz at Alpha Tile did an incredible job installing a kitchen backsplash in a herringbone pattern. His professionalism, craftsmanship, and cleanliness is top notch. I would hire him again in an instant. He was consistently on time and very open with communication. The end results was worth it and his prices are very fair. Luiz did an amazing job installing our kitchen backsplash. We originally thought we might have our contractor install the tiles, but he showed hesitation and said the textured hexagon tiles I chose were more difficult to install. So I turned to Thumbtack and thankfully Luiz came to the rescue. His quote was on par with others, but we chose him due to his responsiveness and good reviews. He also had no concerns with our tile and did thin 1/16 grout lines we wanted. He was professional and efficient, only took 1.5 days in my co-op apartment. We highly recommend him!

So happy we went with Alpha Tile ! Thank you so much luiz for great tiling and design. We knew what we wanted but didn’t expect it to be this good! We went with white subway tiling, black grout, a beautiful natural rock niche (he recommended), and a marble border around our whole mud room/ dog bath to make the room water proof. Great communication. Loved the price and work was done within 3 days. At first I ordered tiles, he picked up and returned/ bought whatever I missed. Very flexible and kind. Highly recommend! Definitely will be calling him soon to do our back splash ! Thanks again.
