Helen, we are truly sorry you feel that way about our company. We would like to correct your statement in saying that Quality is pursuing the matters legally against you for non payment of services rendered. To make a long story short, we received your urgent call to replace your roof due to existing leaks. Due to a municipality error and a neighbor complaint we had to stop work. The municipality believed permits were required when in fact they were not. These consequential damages were not under our control. We did the best we could prior to the storm. You decided to take matter into your own hands and not pay us for the services, therefore breaching our contract. You decided to repair damages caused by the storm which we agreed to “help” pay for. You neglected the fact that there were prior damages and expected us to pay for the Entire remediation of interior damage. From the beginning we were very honest and transparent and wanted to work with you in remediating the issue. We are yet to receive payment of over $5000 and yet you are expecting us to pay more. Unfortunately you were not so cooperative and expected more for less.
