FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
My pricing is customized to best fit each client's unique needs and goals. I believe in providing personalized training plans, which means the cost can vary depending on the type and intensity of the service required. This approach ensures you're not paying for a one-size-fits-all program but for a service that's tailored just for you. Please feel free to contact me for a more detailed discussion, so I can better understand your objectives and provide you with a specific price quote.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Initial Consultation: This is a get-to-know-you session where we discuss your fitness goals, health history, and any specific needs or concerns you may have. It's important for me to understand your motivation and what you're looking to achieve. Assessment: Depending on your goals and health status, I may conduct a fitness assessment. This can include evaluating your current fitness level, flexibility, strength, and in some cases, dietary habits. The assessment helps in crafting a tailored program that's both effective and safe. Program Design: Based on our initial consultation and assessment, I create a personalized training program. This program will be aligned with your goals, whether it's weight loss, muscle building, improving athletic performance, or general fitness. Training Sessions: We'll then begin our training sessions, where I'll guide you through each exercise, ensuring proper form and technique to maximize results and minimize injury risk. I'll also provide support and motivation, keeping you on track towards your goals. Ongoing Evaluation and Adaptation: Fitness is a journey, and as you progress, your training program will evolve too. I regularly assess your progress and adjust the program as needed to keep you challenged and moving towards your goals. Support and Communication: I'm here to support you beyond our sessions. Whether you have questions about exercises, need nutritional advice, or require motivation, I'm just a message away.
