- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
I charge a flat fee based on the requirements of each project. My fee takes into consideration the amount of research, writing, interviewing, and editing needed. I offer a 20% discount to customers who sign up for more than project at once.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I ask new customers to fill out an online survey to learn more about their businesses. After reviewing your survey answers, I will carry out an audit of your website and marketing materials. I will then give you a short report listing the main problems I found in your marketing system. You will then decide which of the problems you want to fix. You may keep the audit report even if you decide not to work with me on any projects.
