I hired David to drill a hole in my granite countertop in order to install an under sink reverse osmosis water filter. He was very responsive prior to the appointment which I had to put off multiple times due to device delivery delays and travel. When stars were finally in alignment, he was available the same day I contacted him (!) which worked out perfectly. He was done quickly and cleanly with zero disruption.
