- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Prices for most services can be found publicly posted on our website. We are always excited to take on new and different challenges, and we create custom quotes for unique projects.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We work with you to create an effective documents, whether it be a resume & cover letter or a professional bio or LinkedIn profile. We do not use templates, so your documents will uniquely reflect your professional brand. Every project is a unique, so we at KEMPS are flexible to the needs of our clients. Our general process goes like this: 1. First, I will need to ask you a few questions about * Your unique skills and talents * Your work history and experience, and * Your professional career goals. 2. Then, I will apply my over-a-decade's worth of industry knowledge and extensive research into the nuances of your field to create a search optimized resume that will get you noticed. My average turnaround is about 2 to 5 business days of receiving all of the necessary information, depending on the length of the document. A resume and cover letter generally take 2 business days. An longer bio or full LinkedIn profile up to 5 business days.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
2018 marks Kate Stephenson’s 10th year as a career services provider. 2008—do you remember it? The year after the bubble burst. For the next five years, the Great Recession held most of us financially and professionally hostage.
