FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Happy to work with you to figure out a price that makes sense! It's a partnership, and our success is aligned, so I'm open to structuring non-standard pricing/forms of payment if it makes sense for both sides.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to have a quick 15-minute call to meet the client and ensure a good personality match as well as hear the issues you are currently facing. Once you have shared that with me, I will truthfully assess whether I can help get your property moving in the right direction. I really only want to work with owners who want to own premium/successful properties and those who are willing to invest to do so (new photos, updating amenities or fixing broken items etc). If we agree to move forward, I would then likely have a visit to the property to get a sense of what really needs to be done and how to best manage the property.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I own a short-term rental property in the Chesapeake Bay area that will bring in about $150k in revenue ($50-75k profit) this year. I manage it entirely remotely using best practices that I have learned from professional STR owners and operators.
