I offer a special discount to non-profits, from 30% to 50% depending on the project. I create custom proposals based on customers’ budget and needs.

1) Briefing call to understand the project details, scope, timing, etc. 2) Decision on hourly or a fixed quote based on your scope definition. 3) Delivery of materials, adjustments, and reviews. 4) High-resolution files and materials proposed. 5) Balance payment. 6) Client review and feedback to ensure 100% satisfaction!
- What advice would you give a customer looking to hire a provider in your area of work?
Have a clear idea of the deliverables expected before contacting a pro and assigning a budget. Ideally, have a brief session with the pro before hiring to talk about all the specifics of the project and set clear expectations!
