- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Please contact our moving consultants about hourly rate. Some jobs may qualify for an additional discount, however, some jobs required special approach and the rate might be different. Saturday, Sunday, a few last and first days of the month are considered as a pick days and rates can be different. *Please ask about our Specials* ** All prices are subject to availability and might be different ** ____________________________________________ LONG DISTANCE MOVES For long distance moves we need to know both locations, inventory (furniture and quantity of boxes), as well as if any additional services required . Please visit our website to fill out quote form, in that case we'll have complete information about your relocation project and will reply to you with accurate estimate.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We request information about your move (starting address, ending address, how many items need to be moved, the size of those items including if they are over sized or appliances, if you need packing services with your move) so that we can build out a moving plan specifically for you and give you an estimate. The estimate is based on the details you provide so if the details change the price will need to be updated also, but we can discuss this ahead of time so you are completely comfortable with our agreement. You can provide these details to me directly or there is also a form on our website where you can fill out this information if that is a more comfortable process for you.
