- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not charge commissions on anything, and we offer the option of billing by the hour or a flat fee. This gives us the incentive to provide the best design and quality while focusing on saving you money.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Consultation We start with a free 30-minute phone consultation where we discuss important details such as the number of rooms, budget, and time frames. Proposal We present a proposal and once the contract is signed and the deposit is received, we begin the project. Design We first take measurements of the space, to later create floor plans (furniture layouts). We also create mood boards, these mood boards are photo collages of actual products, including suggested paint colors, furniture, artwork, and accessories. We also provide photoshop renderings of the spaces. Execution We then finalize by placing orders, managing schedules, and coordinating deliveries.
