I had a great experience with The French Touch Services. He was highly professional and went above and beyond to ensure the safety of my chandelier installation. Not only did he find and replace the ceiling box with a sturdy metal one, but he also tested everything thoroughly for safety. The chandelier was tricky to install, but he skillfully and smartly managed the wiring, making the final result look fantastic. Highly recommend his services!

I had the best experience with Romain in putting together my storage shed. I was in over my head when I purchased this piece that came with hundreds of screws and washers. I was quoted a few hundred to put it together by someone and they couldn't tell me when they would be able to start it and that it would take more than one day. After reaching out to Romain I heard back within minutes (literally) and after only a few back and forth, set up a time to come put it together within a few days (although he was available earlier, I just wasn't). His quote was less than half of what I was originally quoted too. He was punctual and friendly and although I offered my help (not that I knew what I could really offer!) he politely declined. Reviews of the piece described frustration, hours of work, broken screws that others had to replace, so I was prepared for this to take all day and possibly a trip to the hardware store. Romain finished in just a few hours (I didn't time him but I'm guessing two or three?) and the shed was perfect-far better than anything I could have done in probably eight hours. I cannot think of one piece of constructive criticism to offer as the experience was seamless and could not have been easier. I will 100% use Romain again. Also, the French accent was a an added bonus.
