- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Our pricing is based on the size of the household (Bedrooms and Bathrooms), distance, and frequency. Discounts are offered depending on the frequency of scheduled regular cleanings. The hard work and amount of detail that we provide in our service justify our pricing.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
Customers must be specific with what they need. The more detailed the customer is with his home specifications the better we are able to provide a fair and accurate price. Once a job is confirmed we are in constant communication with the customer. We take pride in being detail-oriented and making sure all of the customer's requirements are met.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I have had house cleaning service experience for about 8 years.
