FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Typically, I calculate the price estimate based on the time that I need to spend on the design and execution. While purchasing furniture or accessories for a client, I include a mark-up in the final price. I am fully transparent with my pricing; each project and client is different, so pricing will vary.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The first step in working with a new client is to get to know their needs, and understand the client's expectations and initial ideas. Once the groundwork is established, I present my initial proposal for the design along with a mood board. Afterwards, I work on a more detailed project depending on the client's needs and the project's scope. My design process includes, among other things, creating and working with virtual 3D models to allow the client to better visualize the design space.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I earned my degree from the Warsaw University of Technology's Department of Architecture and Urbanism, specializing in architecture, but my passion for designing comfortable and bold spaces started long before. Before opening my studio in the U.S, I had many years of experience running an interior design studio in Europe, working with residential and commercial clients.
