I had to hire Ramil remotely to pick up an AC and install 2 units at my mother's house, 100 miles away. He was responsive, kind, helpful and he basically saved 2 old women from roasting in a house that was 85 degrees with no AC. Apparently, he also does handyman style jobs too.
