My pricing is always fair and based on the specifics of the job. I believe in being upfront and transparent, so I’ll provide a detailed estimate before we get started. I want you to feel confident about what you’re paying for, and I’ll always work to make sure you’re getting great value for quality work.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
When working with a new customer, I like to start with a quick conversation to understand your needs and expectations. Once I know the details of the job, I’ll provide a clear estimate and timeline. If everything looks good, we’ll schedule the work at a time that’s convenient for you. Throughout the process, I keep communication open to make sure you’re happy with the progress and the final result.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I’ve spent over 15 years working hands-on in remodeling and home repair, which has given me a wealth of experience in everything from bathroom renovations to drywall repair and furniture assembly. Along the way, I’ve honed my skills by learning directly on the job, staying up-to-date with best practices, and always finding ways to improve. Practical experience has been my greatest teacher.
