- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
Some customers don’t see little things that I do that one is done right you can tell the difference and that’s what I mean by good in detail
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I try to let them know basically the first project that they show me a little know what steps as to be done, and they get a better understanding and how the job is what it actually takes to do the job
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
The only education I have is that everything that I do I learned in mastery I started when I was 16 from a older guy they used to do everything by hand, the trim of the house flooring, the trim on the windows he did it himself, and I learned from him everything and now we have of course tools that are more advance. They get done quicker.
