- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We do not have set prices for our arrangements. Our pricing depends on the type and size of arrangement, and flowers used. There is an additional cost for vases, if we have to provide them. We charge delivery and setup fees. We also charge sales tax (as required by law).
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
We want to know our customers before we start working with them. Our process typically starts with a free consultation, which can be done in-person, over the phone, or a video call. Then we prepare a proposal, which our client needs to accept in writing. Once the proposal is accepted, we send a contract with an invoice for the initial deposit. Date is booked only upon receipt of signed contract and initial deposit.

I completed FlowerSchool New York's Introductory and Intermediate Series.
