Mike from GTS Pro Services NJ/NY serviced my chimney. This was an inspection/cleaning for 1st use. He was great. Punctual, professional, polite, and kept the area clean for what was kind of a "messy" job. I will be using GTS Pro Services NJ/NY for any future chimney needs, and I do recommend them.

He showed up on time, even early. Cleaned my chimney and was honest about the work needed. I gave them 5 stars because I texted him after the fact and asked them to come back and clean one additional item related my chimney. Don’t expect to hear back and they texted and showed up the following Monday to finish. Much appreciated that they followed up and didn’t just ignore my follow up request. I would hire them again!

This is an upgraded version of my first review. Mr. Oron -Mike Buchowiec( M.B) GTS Pro Services NJ/NY sent one of his contractors who works for him to do a free estimate to fix the leaking chimney and we agreed with the price $ 1500. Mr. M.B asked us to pay the deposit $ 375 so his worker can start work. But the next day this worker told us that he doesn't work anymore for Mr. M.B so Mr M.B offered to send other workers to see the place. I told M.B that I need to first see who will work and after I will decide if I agree to hire them. After some possible workers came, I never got an offer to do all the promised jobs for the price the first worker gave me. So I asked Mr. M.B to return my deposit. Unfortunately Mr. M.B refused to return me the full deposit. I asked for help from the Thumbtack solution center. They were very helpful and contacted Mr. M.B. After that he finally agreed and returned me the full deposit. Even though I didn't hire the GTS pro to do the job, I'm giving Mr. M.B and his company this new rating as an appreciation for resolving the disagreements between us! Thanks for that.
