FAQs
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
I like to talk to a customer before the shooting to discuss what style, location they prefer. While shooting I would show you some exhamples so you decide wether we are moving in the right direction. You are free to give your ideas too.
- How did you get started doing this type of work?
Well, probably every photographer has a story “my dad had a very old film camera I was very interested in”… he also mentioned that you can’t really make a living out of art.://So, I gave up. But… I always had that passion in a corner of my mind. Also, professional equipment is a very expensive investment…And then one day I got into an accident riding home on my bicycle. Got hit by a car, nothing too crazy but I couldn’t work and support myself. I struggled a lot as I’m an immigrant from Ukraine. So I decided I needed a compensation or I wouldn’t make it. I can admit I was lucky to get some $$$ and decided I will invest a part of it to pursue my old dream of becoming a professional photographer. I took few online classes, got a brand new equipment and as I healed, I was ready for a new chapter of my life. “What doesn’t kill you, makes you stronger.”
