Balloon G. helped make my surprise baby shower a success. The vendor was flexible when it came to changes in my color choices, and demonstrated professionalism from the time I was introduced to her. Words cannot explain just how beautiful the decor was when set up was complete. My guests and I were amazed by the aesthetics of the design.

I hired Genese to design a backdrop for my baby shower. My theme was adventure awaits. I sent my inspiration photos and color scheme and we went through a couple of iterations of the design mockups via Canva. Genese was responsive, answering all of my questions and even getting on the phone for an initial consult. She was even flexible and understanding when I had to change my setup time at the last minute because of the venue’s scheduling. The day of, she was on time and efficient in setting up my decorations. I would definitely book with Genese again. Great experience working with her at a reasonable price. What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
We want to provide quality results, by using quality materials. Let us take care of getting the materials, you just get ready to enjoy your event! Book your date by paying 25% of the total, the remaining balance can be made in installments until paid in full, at least (3) days prior to the event date.
What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
An initial consultation will take place via phone, video chat. Once we discuss the details of your event, concepts will be presented and chosen, unless you select a service from the menu here on Thumbtack. Once the first payment is obtained, your date is secure.
What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
I will be a certified Balloon Decorator by 12/2020.
