I had great experience with the ModiFloors Team; Igor, Isabella, Ithalo, and Alex (my apologies if i misspelled any of your names). They were friendly, cooperative and on top of the job. They were able to successfully sand and refinish my bedroom floors in just 1 business day, and the floors really look beautiful and refreshed. I loved working with Igor & ModiFloors! They were so professional and responsive; they clearly know what they are doing! I loved how my floors came out. Their pricing was reasonable and I would definitely recommend them for any future flooring needs. They refinished my hardwood floors, laid vinyl in my basement (and took out the gross old carpet!) and replaced the baseboards - all great
