I had great experience with the ModiFloors Team; Igor, Isabella, Ithalo, and Alex (my apologies if i misspelled any of your names). They were friendly, cooperative and on top of the job. They were able to successfully sand and refinish my bedroom floors in just 1 business day, and the floors really look beautiful and refreshed. It makes the rooms look complete, and ready to be furnished. Thank you ModiFloors!

The Salesman did not come at scheduled time, instead called approximately at scheduled time to request to either re-schedule or come approximately an hour later. Igor was professional and quoted a fair price for desired task. The workmen appeared as scheduled and were pleasant and professional. Unfortunately, I found it necessary to contact the office the following day to express my dismay. The finish had an orange peel type texture and rough on bare feet. Fernanda did have a team respond the same day and the situation was rectified by the floors being buffed and another coat being applied. I believe the initial poor result was due to not enough time allotted for the floors to dry between coats. However, my floors are now well sanded smooth with a satin like finish and I am now a satisfied customer.

I loved working with Igor & ModiFloors! They were so professional and responsive; they clearly know what they are doing! I loved how my floors came out. Their pricing was reasonable and I would definitely recommend them for any future flooring needs. They refinished my hardwood floors, laid vinyl in my basement (and took out the gross old carpet!) and replaced the baseboards - all great
