Alex was detailed and confident all the way through from his initial inspection to the completion of my roof repair. Amongst several contractors I had a chance to see Alex and his crew gave me the most peace of mind. They were detailed in finding all areas affected and ensuring that their work met professional standards. The workers were respectful and punctual making sure to clean up completely upon completion. It’s evident that they care about the quality of their work and understand the value of customer satisfaction. The end result reflects their experience, believe me we’ve had several hard rainy days after and it’s clear they tackled the issues perfectly and if that’s not enough, they guarantee/warranty reflects their confidence further. My roof is not your typical roof (Spanish clay tiles), specially not in the area. Yet Alex felt certain they’d accomplish satisfactory results and proved it.
