FAQs
- What should the customer know about your pricing (e.g., discounts, fees)?
You will get awesome, challenging, intense fitness training, a professional attitude and appearance, trust and respect for pricing that will beat most other trainers! I believe in providing excellent fitness at an excellent price. That way you stay committed longer resulting in better business for me.
- What is your typical process for working with a new customer?
The training begins with a consultation. There I will provide my credentials, talk about training strategies, discuss any injuries or ailments the client may have, talk scheduling, and pricing. If the client wants to, an intro fitness session can be performed as well. From there I will confirm a schedule and begin to formulate a training plan. As the sessions increase the training intensity will increase. Eventually, new goals and new levels of fitness will be targeted and reached. I believe in variety as well.
- What education and/or training do you have that relates to your work?
As the Lead Physical Training Instructor of a police academy I have been certified by the Division of Criminal Justice Police Training Commission in Physical Conditioning by completing an extensive training course. This position has given me the opportunity to get extensive training knowledge in designing and conducting fitness sessions. For 18 years I have designed one hour sessions for 36 recruit classes running 90 days each. That has resulted in designing close to 3,000 training sessions for close to 2,100 police recruits. I have also taught close to 3,000 group fitness classes for multiple health clubs leading classes of kickboxing, bootcamp, circuit training, and abdominal classes. These health clubs provided me with constant training courses. Finally, I have been a personal trainer for close to 30 clients some of whom have trained with me for 10 years. During these past 15 years within the fitness related industry, I was certified in Sports Conditioning by the International Sports Sciences Association. I was also a guest speaker on physical fitness several times at the IRS Special Agent Leadership Convention in Gettysburg P.A. and worked for the Everlast workout clothing company modeling their clothing while conducting group fitness sessions.
